The international rolling and plain bearing conference Bearing World for "Industrial research and science in dialogue with the application" is taking place for the third time. The two-day conference is organized by the FVA - Research Association For Drive Technology. The focus is on all types of bearings and all components involved.

Contrary to what was originally planned, this year's conference, which has already been postponed, will take place not as a presence event, but as a virtual event. The engineering company Klingelnberg is also attending the conference for the first time, where it presents its expertise in the business segment as a sponsoring partner with a virtual trade fair stand.

The aim of the conference is to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between universities and industrial engineers involved in or responsible for the development, production, assembly and quality assurance, practical operation or maintenance of warehouses.

Klingelnberg also invites all participants to an exclusive exchange of experts. At the same time, the company presents its service portfolio in this segment, which includes the G variants of the Klingelnberg precision measuring centers. Participation in the event is free of charge.

Complete measurement of complex components The G-variants of the Klingelnberg precision measuring centers are specially adapted to the production process of rotationally symmetrical components. Klingelnberg takes the approach of performing various measurement processes in one operation, as a complete measurement (done-in-one). With the G-variant of the precision measuring centers, Klingelnberg makes a significant contribution to reducing quality costs. Last but not least, the integration of measurement technology into the production environment helps to increase the productivity and application of the production plants.
