The Company boasts a R&D Center (Research Institution of Benxi Metallurgy Bearing Co., Ltd.) and Technical Quality Division staffing 15 employees, contributing to its powerful technical strength. Furthermore, we feature advanced design approaches, giving full play to finite element analysis and CAD aided design. And we have forged intensive cooperation and exchange with several universities and colleges such as Northeastern University, Dalian University of Technology and Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology in fulfilling the research, development and localized transformation (involving the bearing and fittings of such foreign brands as SMS, Voestalpine and Danieli) of a series of non-standard bearing products. It is particularly mentioned that we have made continuous efforts to further research and test of spiral ring roller bearings, making the performance parameters meet technical requirements of foreign bearings. As a result, they have been commercially applied in multiple continuous casting lines at home. Now, we have implemented localized transformation dedicated to split rollers in fan section and foot roller bearings of crystallizers in Baotou Iron and Steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Masteel, Benxi Steel, Ansteel, Tsitsihar Steel, Rizhao Steel and Baosteel. Moreover, the Company, with advanced testing means relying on 2 million yuan-invested reconstruction of testing center, is furnished with 200-odd testing instruments and meters including but not limited to CNC metroscope, CNC universal tool-measuring microscope,  Leeb/Vickers/Rockwell hardness testers, roundness measuring instrument and straightness meter.

We are now engaged in 20 series of products including 10 varieties of standard products. For instance, the spiral ring roller bearing product lines cover 200 models out of 6 series such as AS81, AS82, 1058, 1158 and 1159. The bearings are furnished with the elastic rings made from quality heat-resistant alloy materials and go through special heat treatment, enabling excellent overall mechanical performance. Furthermore, our bearings feature low heat sensitivity, stable performance under high-temperature environment, high elastic deformation, good rigidity and wearing resistance and satisfactory fatigue resistance. Our products produced by special process boast narrow precision variation of flexible size, which are accordingly interchangeable with the foreign bearings having the same properties.

Besides, we constantly keep the pace with the progress of modern metallurgical equipment in an effort to supply products matching the continuous casting equipment of Voestalpine, Danieli and SMS.

Our bearings devoted to the continuous casting machines have been massively applied in multiple technical systems of SMS, Voestalpine and Danieli.
